Hi...!, Everybody,
"
Future
", have you ever wonder about the future? How will it look like? Where you will be in future? Hey, don't panic ! Well, it is not easy to picture all the future but at this moment, I mean in this year 2001, the start of the millenium, many things of the future are almost clear.
You are, might be, thinking what are these things? "
Computer
" the machine ever attracted man from its discovery, were discovered almost 40 to 45 years ago. Initially, they were big in size. Now they can fit in your wrist watch ! Surprised? Believe it or not, it is true. Now these computers are entering in all parts of our life. They have captured almost all electronic machines. And now they contribute the new side of the world called "
Internet
". it is a network of computers joined together all around the world for information exchange.
The information is exchanged via satellites, telephone lines and optical fibres in the form of websites. Now these websites can be seen in mobile phones ! For website to be viewed in mobile phone you need a different kind of web designing skill which is now-a-days a hot thing in IT world.
It is related to
WAP
(Wireless Application Protocol) and the computer language used for it is known as
WML
(Wireless Mark-up Language). Recently, e-commerce became a cynosure, but now m-commerce i.e. mobile commerce is on the track. This is the thing where technology matters. New technology is coming with a speed of light. Old ones remaining back. These new technologies are making something clear about the future.
Imagine, in 2005, you are sitting in an aeroplane. You have got bored, because you are going to travel for next 12 hours. Now you open your laptop and starts internet and log to www.enjoyyourtime.com and spend your time with playing online games and chatting with friends. You buy some ties and shoes necessary for the conference you are going to attend. Also you send an email to your dear one. Then again you schedule your next week's programme. So this how something is going to happen with us in future.
Also your laptop may not have a display screen. Instead it will have a small projector which will project a screen on the back of next seat.
In 2035, you are might be transferring information about certain device, which is fitted on Moon, to the Mars control station or you are may be chatting with your friend working on a space station.
Think of another example, you are in a train and going to reach home after an hour. And then you will cook something for dinner. But within that hour you do no have anything to do. So you get your palm top out and then order a robot at your house to get necessary materials for making chapaties. Then you order him to make chapaties. And tell him to put it in the microwave. After, you program your microwave since it si also connected to your palmtop (WAP comes in the picture here), to toast them and when you reach home you see the "
Garamagaram
" (steaming) chapaties. Interesting ?
Hey ! Girls you do not have to worry about house work.
Well, all these things not in the impossible list. Instead some of them are started happening. In near future all of them are going to be true. The e-future will make our life faster still easier. This may lead to question, "
Is it going to be good or bad?
" But I think man has managed to live 2000 and developed himself and will develop himself more and more. Hope so
:-)
Well at the end lets refresh ourselves...
